McCall Professional Center is a 29,000 sqft office/medical development located in Englewood, FL of which, Jules is the primary developer.  Prior to LeaseOptionProgram.com and Tarpon Coast Realty, Jules was previously an Assistant General Manager of Magna Donnelly Electronics, an automotive parts supplier.

Jules also is a co-founder of Signature Engineering Group.  Based in Venice, SEG Inc is a full service civil engineering firm specializing in land development, entitlements and permitting.

Jules and his wife Ann are residents of the island of Boca Grande since 2005 and have three little boys.
